	Length: 4 Days Hours: 9am-4pm The 4D Educator Training The 4D Educator Training is one of the most advanced and comprehensive teacher training programs available. The program is four full days of relevant theories and the corresponding applications that can make an immediate impact for new and experienced teachers alike. The program has it's roots in brain theory, accelerated learning, experiential training and advanced work processes. 	Length: Workshop Hours: 3 High Performance Coaching Imagine yourself aware of the different levels of structure and content in a conversation, focused on success, excellence, and performance that empowers a student to move forward in life. Build rapport quickly and effectively, influencing others to translate their ideas into actions, develop a set of practical effective skills in creating academic or personal results. Emerge from our program committed to your own goals and with an action plan for yourself as educators and as leaders for the immediate future.
	Length: Workshop Hours: 3 Learning by Design Make your content exciting, interesting and relevant to students by learning simple strategies to reach your entire audience. Learn how to integrate the modalities and multiple intelligences. Create learning traditions that will help to positively anchor key learning points throughout the year. Use celebration to generate energy and enthusiasm about the learning process. Learn a step-by-step process for creating curriculum that gets optimal results. Set your students up for success by taking the time to design unique learning adventures.
	Length: Workshop Hours: 3 Effective Delivery Understanding and implementing simple strategies from the fields of psychology and physiology can dramatically improve a teachers' poise and confidence in the classroom. Learn how to manage the state of your students to increase classroom energy and participation levels. Reduce behavioral concerns with pre-emptive language techniques and master the art of giving clear and efficient directions.
	Length: Workshop Hours: 3 Influencing Decisions Become proficient at recognizing patterns of thoughts, evoking in others the ability to see a fresh new perspective, and the commitment that makes the difference between creating good and great results. Learn how to find out the values of someone and help them bring motivation to the different goals they set. Increase your flexibility in thinking and influencing, and see yourself becoming a personable and astute communicator in educating, leading, and coaching students.
	Length: Workshop Hours: 3 Accelerated Learning Methods Learn some of the most proven accelerated learning methods that can be passed on to your students. Experience a brain-friendly note-taking strategy. Learn techniques for improving memory and increasing reading speeds. Learn how to coach students to manage their own state and how to use their physiology to make good impressions. Explore ways of introducing more creativity to the learning process and how to utilize team dynamics to accelerate results.
	Length: Workshop Hours: 3 Games Plus: Experiential Activities for the Classroom This module expands the teacher's toolbox by introducing them to a variety of interactive games and activities. These activities can be used as stand-alone learning experiences or as fun icebreakers and state-changers. This module is extremely active and is fast-paced. Teacher's will leave with facilitator outlines for each activity and will even have an opportunity to receive coaching on the delivery of some activities. Wear comfortable shoes for this one.
