We all competed in an auction for things that everyone wanted:

• Good education
• Peace
• No Poverty
• Good healthcare
• No crime
• Happiness
• Clean environment
• Equality
• Money

In the end, most teams were nearly out of money and still, nobody had exactly what they wanted. We soon realized that competing for these things hadn't benefited anyone. We had to find a better way to play so that everyone could have these critical things.

We learned several key points:

1. Take every opportunity to communicate what you want...even to your competitors.

2. Look for ways to work together instead of competing.

3. Support other people in going for what they want.

4. Play WIN/WIN instead of WIN/LOSE.

Imagine a world where people played this way. We could make large changes and help many people to have better lives.
