Commitment & Goal Setting
The two themes of the Power Four Program.
 

The Power Four program is all about setting clear goals and having the commitment to achieve them.

What is Commitment?

Commitment is a strength that leaders and successful people demonstrate. People with high levels of commitment are good at working until they complete a task. They start new projects with enthusiasm and finish them with energy. People with commitment have great relationships because they do what they say they are going to do. This makes them trustworthy and often puts them into positions of leadership.

What is Goal Setting?

Goal setting is a habit that the most successful people do with regularity. There is a tremendous amount of research to support the fact that writing down your goals improves the likelihood of making them a reality. Even more impressively, learning to create detailed plans helps your brain to visualize a clear picture of the goal and of being successful. This conditions your brain to think more optimistically and diminishes your fear of obstacles.

Successful people never think something is impossible. Instead, they wonder..."How can I make this happen?"

Power Four encourages young people to define clear short-term goals and to create step-by-step plans for achieving their dreams. Practicing this mentality and habits at an early age will give them a head start for being successful in the real world.
